What is a reservation system?
With an online reservation system you guests can book directly via your website for your accommodation. This way you save expensive booking.com and airbnb fees for example, and guests can see immediately if your accommodation has availability!
I already have a website, can you still help me?
If you already have a website that you're satisfied with we can still help you connecting your booking channels (OTA's) through a channel manager. You can read our article 'Are you using a channel manager? An explanation and the advantages'. Or we can help you cancel your current website and make a new one for you.
I already have a website domain name. Can I use it?
We can link your existing domain name to your new website, so that the website is available with that domain name. We can do it for you and set everything up properly.
When and how could I cancel?
You can stop any time within the 14-day trial. After that, the chosen package will start.
Can I choose any domain name?
We offer domain names with the most common extensions, such as .com, .nl, .shop, etc. Of course, the domain name you choose cannot be used by someone else. We will set up the domain for you, but of course the ownership will be in your name.
Won't my website look just like other websites?
No. At this moment you can choose from 9 different templates that give your website its own appearance. Your website is further personalized in its own theme and by your own photos of the accommodation, texts and more!
What is a channel manager?
A channel manager is a systeem that connects your channels and keeps track of your reservations on 1 calendar. This allows you to save a lot of time keeping track of your calendars manually.
Do I get my own email address?
Yes, we will set-up an email address for you with your own domain name like info@yourdomain.com or lucas@yourdomain.com.
To which channels can I connect?
Because we're using the system of Hotelrunner we can connect 94 channels and counting.
Are the prices including or excluding VAT?
The prices on the website are excluding 21% VAT. As a company, you can get the VAT back from the tax authorities.
When do I pay?
You can try Bedbug 2 weeks for free. After 2 weeks you can, if you are satisfied, choose a subscription including channel manager, reservation module and website, or without a channel manager, or just the website. We will then publish your website under a domain name of your choice and we will activate your own email address.
Can I switch to another subscription package?
Yes, you can switch to a better subscription package any time.
