Zodra wij je informatie compleet hebben gaan wij aan de slag. Het duurt meestal 2 dagen om de eerste koppeling te maken. De rest volgt snel daarna.

Als alles goed is ingesteld krijg je de login gegevens en alle support die je nodig hebt om het systeem te begrijpen. Je betaalt pas 10 dagen na je aanmelding.

What is the use of a channel manager?
With a channel manager you save hours per week in updating your availability calendars. You can also take reservations directly instead of having to approve or decline reservation requests from your guests. This way you double the turnover and make running your B&B a lot easier. How can I pay?

I already have a website, now what?
If you already have a website that you are happy with, we can still help you with linking your channels through a channel manager. Or we can help you cancel your current website.
How much does it cost?
You pay us a one-off set-up fee for a channel manager. This is € 49 per room, for this we connect the top 3 channels in the Netherlands. Even if you don't have an account yet, we'll make it for you. You also pay the usual subscription costs of € 9.95 per month for the channel manager.
When and how can I cancel my plan?
You can try out the channel manager for 2 weeks for free, after which you can decide to subscribe or to stop. Even if you continue the subscription, you can still cancel it whenever you want. Please note, the one-off set-up costs that you pay us to link your rooms and channels will not be refunded if you cancel your subscription.
Are the prices including or excluding VAT?
The prices on the website are exclusive of 21% VAT. As a company, you can get the VAT back from the tax authorities.
What is a channel manager?
A channel manager is a system that connects all your channels and keeps track of all reservations on 1 calendar. This allows you to save a lot of time keeping track of your calendars manually.
To which channels can I connect?
Because we use the Hotelrunner system, we can connect up to 94 channels. The standard price includes us connecting Booking.com, Airbnb and bedandbreakfast.eu for you.
Do I have to download software to get started?
No, you do not need any software. You can simply log in online on your computer and manage your reservations from there. There is also a mobile app that you can use on your phone.
Can I adjust reservations on my mobile phone?
Yes, that's possible! With the useful Hotelrunner app you can view and change reservations on your phone and adjust your availability calendar. All adjustments you make via the app are automatically synchronized on all channels.
Can guests book and pay online?
Yes, guests can easily book online via your reservation module or via your existing website. You no longer have to approve requests because guests can book directly with you! You can accept online payments via Paypal.
What if I want to connect more channels?
You can let us know which channels you want to link in addition to the 3 usual channels. We charge a price of € XX per room for an extra channel.
