Het is makkelijk om je gasten van te voren in te lichten over het doen en laten in jouw B&B. Heb je daarom huisregels en algemene voorwaarden? Stuur deze dan gewoon mee met de boekingsbevestiging en zorg ervoor dat de huisregels en algemene voorwaarden ook in de kamer te vinden zijn. Hieronder vind je een voorbeeld van hoe jouw huisregels en algemene voorwaarden eruit kunnen zien. Let op, deze huisregels en algemene voorwaarden zijn in het Engels. Zo begrijpen de buitenlandse toeristen het ook!

Huisregels

Welcome to B&B (Naam van je B&B), we wish you a nice and especially pleasant stay! Below you can find our house rules.

Kitchen

• You can use the shared kitchen for cooking, eating breakfast etc. You can store your cold products in the fridge, in the freezer or in the mini-fridge in your room. You can store your dry products in the kitchen cabinets. You will find coffee pads, tea, chocolate sprinkles, peanut butter, chocolate paste, spices and oil in the kitchen. These products are free to use. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can find anything you need – from cutlery to pans – in the cabinets.

• Please use the dishwasher for your dishes. You can turn it on with the tablets that can be found inside the kitchen cabinet, below the sink. The pots and pans you may clean by hand.

• In case you store food in the kitchen, always make sure you store it in an airtight container or packaging.

• Please separate your waste; we collect plastic in the plastic bin in the kitchen. Glass and cans/tin you can throw away in the glass bin. The same goes for cardboard.

Bathroom

• Please take your used towels back to your room when using the shared bathroom. Do not leave them in the bathroom, as this is unhygienic for the next person.

Residency

• Nuisance, especially between 10pm and 7am, should be prevented.

• Visitors are not allowed to stay at B&B (naam van de B&B) without permission from the administrator.

• You may NOT feed the animals on the B&B.

• Smoking inside is strictly prohibited and severely penalised with a €150, - fine when traces are found in your room and/or shared areas.

• Separate your waste into glass and cans, plastic and cardboard.

• In case of damage to anything that is NOT your own, please contact the owner to discuss.

Cleaning

• The shared areas are cleaned every day. If you do not want your room to be cleaned please hang up the ‘do not disturb’ sign on your door the night before your room is cleaned.

Parking

• You can park in the designated parking spaces on the terrain. You can recognise these spaces on the sign saying ‘parkeren voor gasten B&B’.

Departure

• The room must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. You may leave the keys in the room. In case things are missing from the room or when things are damaged a fee may be incurred.

Last but not least, please behave respectfully towards one another and towards the property.

General terms and conditions Jouw B&B naam

General

• These general terms and conditions apply to all users of B&B (naam van de B&B), (adres).

• By entering into a rental agreement these general terms and conditions apply. The rental agreement can be concluded verbally, by telephone or by e-mail.

• The owner is not responsible for damage and/or injury, loss, or theft of personal belongings of the users.

• Please report any damages or other incidents to the owner.

• The owner can deny and/or refuse access to B&B (naam van de B&B) in case of violation of these general terms and conditions and in case of improper behavior with immediate effect, without further notice and reason and without refund of the accommodation costs.

Payment

• The accommodation costs must be paid on arrival or, when arranged by a company via invoice.

Cancellation

• In the unlikely event that you are unable to comply with the lease, you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can still offer the released date to third parties.
